Autumn Gift Fair and Stock

It has been an exciting time for Inspirations!
We all went to the Autumn Gift Fair in Auckland in early March. For the managers it was the first time we have been to such an event, and it was—as you can imagine—like being a kid in a lolly shop! However, we kept to the plan, which was stock for Inspirations Christchurch and Inspirations Akaroa.
The range of gift choices was huge, and it was an eye opener for the managers who had never accompanied Craig and Andrew before—big thanks to Craig and Andrew for taking us along and going at a slower pace so that we could learn the ropes and understand the process.
For those of you who have been to the Akaroa shop you will have noticed that it is a different ‘flavour’ to the Christchurch Inspirations shop. I think it is a very exciting store in all that it offers, and we are all committed to supporting the development of that store. Inspirations in Christchurch will always keep its ‘flavour’, but we have decided to treat you with some new items and new themes in store! Trust us, you will love it!
Inspirations Christchurch is not your typical store, and that is why we will develop these areas whilst keeping our central theme intact—i.e. metaphysical gift shop. And, as our name suggest, we want to inspire you in your life. We also want to inspire your inner child, and so we now have a range of children’s toys—both for you and your child—and we invite you to look at these, but please do supervise your children. We also have some funky art deco animals which we seriously love! Every home should have at least one piece of art deco something! We also have statues of people—families, couples, individuals—and they are very stylish. We have some beautiful tiles which can go outside or inside, and are proving to be popular. Spinners are finally back in stock—one glass of wine, spin one of these a few times and you won’t need that second or third glass of wine! And, we now have a range of beautiful French health and beauty products—stock we stole from Inspirations Akaroa as we felt it was unfair to deny them to our Christchurch customers!
We do have more stock coming, so there will be additions and change arounds in the shop for the next six to eight weeks! Very exciting! In April you can look forward to some incoming Dragons statues!
The trip to the gift fair gave us all a chance to hang out together, to share some meals, and to discuss the items we had seen. We are a great team, and we support each other well, and are all committed to developing each shop to be the best it can possibly be. You are the lifeblood of our shops, and we are committed to doing the best we can for you—and we all work extremely hard to achieve this.
We want to offer you the best shopping experience you have ever had! And we want you to leave with a smile on your face every time!
