We hope you had a fabulous Christmas day!
The shop was manically busy pre Christmas, but we had a fabulous time serving customers and trying to get things done as quickly as humanly possible.
By midday on 24th we had sold out of all small salt lamps! They flew out the door. Don’t panic though, we have more coming in and will update you when they arrive.
If anyone is wondering why we have the same CD playing over and over in the shop … well … the stereo is a big knackered and if we change CD it takes 15 minutes of coaxing, whacking, and pleading, before it will play a CD again, so we dare not risk changing it least we end up with a silent shop. (Trust us, you do not want Robyn to sing to you all day!!) We are working on replacing the stereo!
We’ve still got some stock on sale, so swing on by and take a look.
We've got an excellent array of dream catchers, including some with Anne Stokes artwork.

We have a really good range of books, which we are keen to develop. Amongst them we have some books (and a CD) on Anxiety, and we mention that here only because we have had a number of customers ask for help with anxiety issues.
Let’s be honest … our society can be a bit pressurised and quite stressful, and so one of the things we can all do is to find ways to manage that stress, be it through meditation, music, crystals, books, or even just a visit to a shop that makes you feel relaxed (i.e. Inspirations!) We hear that from customers a lot, that they just walk into the shop and they feel better. Inspirations is a shop, a business, yes … but it is also so much more than that.
Rose quartz lamps are back in stock. They give a very different feel to a Himalayan Salt Lamp! They are soothing, and gentle … and sometimes just sitting next to one, taking some time out, can help ease stress and worry.
We will be closed on 1st and 2nd January 2017, and open again on the 3rd, ready to greet you!
